The bedrooms are small but the common areas are very spacious and comfortable! Wooded private setting with access to internet and a plethora of outdoor recreational activities in the surrounding area. 15 min drive to Embden Pond for swimming or boat launch access. About 35 minutes to Sugarloaf where you can golf, mountain bike, hike and explore the area!

Camp Smiley is an original Maine Camp overlooking Embden Pond with direct access on a private dock. The space is perfect for a family or small group, sleeps 4 comfortably and up to 6 max. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, camp fires, lawn games, BBQ's and activities on the water. This generational family camp has its own unique charm and we look forward to sharing it with you! In addition to having a stunning view, the house is clean and comfortable, it’s peaceful and quiet, it has most anything you’d need for your stay, and the host is very responsive. The home has the charm of a place that is truly loved and used by a family. It has what is probably the most well equipped kitchen of any Airbnb we’ve been in. "There is no way that the hosts could list every amenity in this house. The kitchen was set up beautifully for a large group to do some home cooking. We never left the property. The amount of available linens were phenomenal. The views while canoeing were beautiful. The puzzles, games, books, ping pong and hot tub gave everyone in our group something to do. Very attentive to cleaning every room!! Voted by my group of 9 to be the best, well stocked, user friendly rental ever! The foamy mattress covers were delightful!!! Nice touch! would 100 % recommend!!!"
